Diablo Trust’s Annual Campout
Mark your calendars for Diablo Trust’s Annual Campout, August 20th-August 21st! Details are below for this fun event!
Please RSVP by August 8th to info@diablotrust.org
Event change information: Due to weather forecasts for this weekend, we will forego the forest tour and have our 4FRI presentations at the Moqui Campground beginning at 1:00 p.m. Rather than meet at the Mogollon Rim District Office, please come directly to the Moqui Campground by 1:00 p.m. (directions below). If you need to reach me on Saturday for any reason, please call or text (707) 367-4505.
Speaking of weather, the forecasts are for a very wet weekend. We all know these storms can be hit and miss depending on where they pop up so we will hope for the best. Please come prepared for sun, rain, hail, mud, and a variety of temperatures. We will have some pop-up canopies but please come with rain protection. If we get a real gully washer with thunder and lightning, everyone will need to retreat to their vehicles for safety. In the event it is a big and long-lasting storm, we may need to consider rescheduling the presentations to a later date. But, as mentioned, lets show up prepared and hope for the best weather possible.
