TRUCK OPEN FROM 11 AM – 6 PM + HAPPY HOUR @ 7:00 PM
As individual consumers, the single best thing we can do for the planet is to keep our stuff in use longer. This simple act of extending the life of our garments through proper care and repair reduces the need to buy more over time—thereby avoiding the CO2 emissions, waste output and water usage required to build it.
Extending the life of our garments is the single most important thing we can do to lower our impact on the planet. In keeping our clothes in use longer, we reduce overall consumption.
The Worn Wear Mobile Tour is our attempt to encourage customers to make their clothes last a lifetime.
As part of the tour, we’re bringing repair staff from Patagonia’s repair facility in Reno, Nev., on the road to offer free repairs on busted zippers, rips, tears, buttons, pulls and more – in addition to teaching people how to fix their own gear. Used Patagonia items will be for sale.
The Worn Wear program celebrates the stories we wear, keeps your gear in action longer and provides an easy way to recycle Patagonia garments when they’re beyond repair.
Come visit Mountain Sports for free repairs on your busted zippers, rips, tears, buttons and more (we fix all brands). We'll also have lightly used Patagonia gear for sale and can show you how to make simple repairs on clothes that have a second life left in them.
Come by at 7:00 pm for happy hour and a screening of our Worn Wear film.
**Our tour staff can fix about 40 garments per day. All repairs are made on a first come, first served basis. One repair per guest.
